Interesting book on resisting the drive for self-improvement. Discusses how trying to improve ourselves can be toxic and lead us into constantly thinking that we’re not worthy. The book encourages people to be happy with what they have, rather than constantly thinking that it’s not enough.
It was okay. It suffers from the unavoidable fact that it’s a self-improvement book talking about how crappy self-improvement is.
