Filial
Definition: that which is owed from a child to a parent
This refers to a feeling or obligation from a child to their parent. “Filial respect,” for example, is the respect one pays to their parents.
It comes from the Latin words for son or daughter.
Why I Looked It Up

The “Elizabeth” in question was the Queen, and Blackthorne was one of her subjects.
