25' Inchworms w/ Push-Up

The problem here was the inchworms: they are way spicier than you think they’re gonna be. I’m in the mood lately for bodyweight, yoga-ish stuff, and this qualifies.

I made a rule that I couldn’t let my palms comes off the ground. Since I have awful hamstring flexibility, this means I wasn’t getting very upright before I had to walk out again, which means I wasn’t covering a lot of distance on each rep. I think I was doing fully seven inchworms to cover 25 feet, which is a lot considering that I’m six-foot-four.

They work the shoulders and lower back a lot, which isn’t a common combination.
