Still nursing a bad shoulder. Trying to find some things to do with my arms, hence the dumbbells.

This one got spicy at the end. I would be on the bike at about the 90 second mark, giving me three-and-a-half minutes on the bike each round. I got 314 calories overall, so just over 50 per round.
