I’m nursing a shoulder injury, so I’m trying to work around it. I’m also working out less, which isn’t good, because this one was tough.

The front squats were hard. They shouldn’t have been, but here we are…

I got into the sixth round, which is bad. I should have done better.

I did a little different version of this today. I swapped the front squats for a 50’ walking lunge and just did seven rounds. I’d like to get that up to 10 rounds, and then start trying to whittle the time down.
