Burpees

My math was wrong on this one. I meant to do the row x50m, but I got a couple rounds into it and I realized the math wasn’t adding up.

Long workout. It’s 5,500m of rowing. It was solid, though, because the burpees work an entirely different set of muscles, so you got some “rest” before you got back on the rower.

This is item #3 in a sequence of 230 items.
