Good workout. There’s no rest here. You ride the bike until the end of the 5-minute round, then you’re immediately back to the sit-ups to start the next round.

I had an endoscopy the day before, I had a PH Bravo unit clipped to my shirt, so I had to find something where I wasn’t going to damage it. The unit gets angry if it can’t contact with chip in my esophagus, so I would take it off for the sit-ups, then put it back on for the KBS and the bike.

In the end, the sit-ups and KBS were taking me almost three full minutes. I was wiped out. I only go something like 13 calories in the last round.

I got 102 calories in total. I think I can improve on that.
