I’ve posted something similar before – the “carry weird stuff around” workout.
I think this is the final version. It’s solid.
I’d like to try to get it under 20 minutes, which seems crazy from here, but a good goal to have. My first round was just under 4 minutes, which is the right pace, but holding it will be hard.
