X Air Squats
X Push-ups

I’ve been doing this as an “intro” workout, when I’ve been out for a while traveling. I use this to get back into things.

X is 5, 6, or 7, depending on how I feel. And I’ve swapped the air squats for goblet squats and the push-ups for HRPUs.

It’s a solid workout.
