5 Burpees Over the Bar

I needed something quick, and there was a barbell left on the floor, so I threw this together. It goes pretty well. I did all the snatches as singles.

I’ve done the same workout, but with a 225# deadlift. The snatches go slower, and, by all rights, I should be doing them at 135# (but this barbell was already set up, which is a lame excuse, I know…)
