Good mover. The box jumps are tough for someone my size.

The workout was easier because box jumps and barbell work are isolated from each other. When you’re doing a box jump, your upper body isn’t working. When you’re doing a push jerk, your lower body isn’t doing much.

That makes it workout easier than it looks.
