Burpees Over the Bar
This was brutal. Three big movements. Lots of muscle recruitment.
27 burpees over the bar was tough in the first round. By the end of the 21 cal row in the second round, I was absolutely wiped out. I mean, when the smallest movement is a deadlift, that means you’re gonna get hammered.
The deadlift weight was light, but 72 reps at 135 was starting to blow my lower back up a bit. I’ll probably feel my hamstrings in the morning.
A good triplet is a foundational thing in CrossFit. They can be murder.
