Burpees Over the Bar
This is a 55-rep workout scheme (so, 165 reps overall). Once you’re done with the first three rounds (10-9-8), you’re actually almost halfway done (27 reps done, 28 to go).
Your shoulders will get fried on this. In fact, towards the end, the burpees get hard because you have trouble stopping your drop to the ground – you just have very little gas left in your shoulders.
