Your Intranet Isn’t a Dumping Group

The same old intranet crap: A nice rant with a pretty clear message: your employees will take your intranet just as seriously as you do.

Your intranet is not a dumping ground. The intranet is not the recycling bin for newswire press releases. I’ve seen more than a couple intranets that featured news content that was little more than a collection of external press releases re-posted as internal news.

The solution: write dedicated content for your intranet, and write it well.
