The Power of Focus

Didn’t really care for this. I thought it was a book about personal focus, and specifically how to focus better on tasks. It…wasn’t.

It was about self-awareness and mindfulness and systemic thinking, etc. After the first few chapters, there was nothing about attention span.

It was well-written with lots of anecdotes (very Gladwell-esque, in that respect), but not at all what I was looking for or expecting.
