This is a type of thin, soft leather made from goat hides – the “kid” in the name.
Why I Looked It Up
In an episode of Archer, Lana is dressed for a formal event, complete with gloves, which she says are made of kidskin. (I didn’t catch the word – I had to look for it in the subtitles.)
