Crudité

By Deane Barker tags: food

This is just raw vegetables served as an appetizer. Things like carrot sticks, celery, radishes, etc.

It’s French for “raw things.”

Why I Looked It Up

Annie and I had dinner at a restaurant that had “seasonal crudité vegetables” on the menu. It was literally just a plate of raw vegetables (pictured) – no dipping sauce or anything.
