Yes. It’s a hybrid vegetable, formed by mixing broccoli and a leafy Asian vegetable called Gai Lan.
Why I Looked It Up
I ordered it at a restaurant. I realized that I knew what it was, but I … didn’t. I got to wondering if really had anything to do with broccoli.
