Cheese Plate: October 22, 2013

My friend Allan from Copenhagen sent me these from a birthday party at his sister’s house. I visited Copenhagen once with Allan, and I was determined to get a “Danish danish” (meaning the pastry).  I got one…and it tasted like pretty much every other danish. But this cheese spread – now this is something that it appears the Danes do much better than the rest of the world.  I should have been determined to get some cheese instead.
