General Services Agreement
Also known as GSA Master Services Agreement Master Vendor Agreement MSA
A document which describes the legal parameters around a vendor relationship. The GSA is normally global to the life of the relationship, while each project is governed by a separate statement of work.
A GSA is sometimes called a Master Services Agreement (MSA) or a Master Vendor Agreement.
