Left vs Right (World) : I really enjoyed this huge graphic describing the supposed differences between people on the left side of the political spectrum, and people on the right.  Try as I might, I can’t make a case that it portrays either side better than the other.

    Definitely some loaded terms here.

    1) From the “votes for” box for liberals:

“Helping those who cannot help themselves” — Right, that’s why they tend to support abortion(?)

    2) Summary quotes from the Society & Culture box at top: “the world can be improved” (liberals) vs. “the world is fine as it is” (conservative) seems like a gross oversimplification that clearly makes the liberal appear more noble. Both sides seek to improve the world, methinks, but obviously have different core values.

Like you, I see myself adopting elements from both sides. But I’m fairly certain the graphic was created by liberal-leaners, which of course is not surprising. It seems that within the web development community, liberals vastly outnumber conservatives.
